At the heart of Iksor are three core values: the balance of nature, the power of labor, and social impact. At the intersection of these three areas, we have built the "Iksor Impact Model."
Ecology
We cultivate Munzur's unique flora with respect for the natural cycle of bees. Our honey, blended with endemic plants and high-altitude floral transitions, is produced without harming ecosystems, and even enhances them. In our first year, we are fostering ecological harmony with 20 local beekeepers.
Economy
Beekeeper families in Tunceli are strengthened through fair pricing and support. Our goal is to make Munzur Honey one of Türkiye's most respected local brands. With healthy and traceable production, we are embarking on a culinary journey that reaches 100,000 people.
Effect
Iksor does not only produce honey; it also creates education, awareness and social development.
Our first year goals:
- Solidarity in production with 20 beekeepers
- Trainings to introduce the world of bees and nature to 200 young people
- Natural honey to be delivered to 100,000 people
