In various districts of the region—from Ovacık to Nazımiye, from Hozat to Pülümür—bees collect nectar from flowers such as astragalus, thyme, lemon balm, mountain mint, vetch, clover, wild basil, and yellow honeysuckle, creating a balanced, powerful, and refined flavor profile.
