Dersim Special Dibek Coffee

DERSIM SPECIAL DIBEK COFFEE

Inspired by the traditional culture of dibek (stone-ground) coffee, Dersim Special Dibek Coffee is made by blending medium-roast Arabica coffee with terebinth (menengiç), carob flour and hot chocolate. Enriched with hazelnut, pistachio and almond pieces, this special blend offers a delightful coffee experience with its smooth taste, rich body and lingering aroma.

Ingredients: 200 g medium-roast ground Arabica coffee, coffee creamer, hot chocolate, carob flour, terebinth, sugar, hazelnut, pistachio and almond pieces.

Preparation: For each cup, put two heaped dessert spoons of Dersim Special Dibek Coffee into a cezve (Turkish coffee pot). Add one cup of water and stir well. Cook on low heat until it foams, then serve hot.
