We work with our beekeepers under a contract production model, employing methods that protect bee health and naturalness. We conduct quality and purity tests after each harvest, and we share the results transparently.
How can I understand that Ixor honey is reliable?
Iksor ensures transparency and traceability at every stage of honey production, from its source to your table. Our production is carried out under contract with local beekeepers, and each batch is analyzed by independent laboratories. You can also scan the QR code on our jars to see the production history and analysis report of your honey.
When will my honey arrive after I order?
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location, but delivery generally takes 3-7 days across Türkiye.
Can I make a return or exchange?
Since it is a food product, you can request a return or exchange for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
What should you do if your honey crystallizes?
Natural and genuine honey can crystallize over time. This is the best proof that it's pure. You can restore your honey to its fluid form by soaking the jar, with the lid open, in water at 40°C for a while.
